I am a hungry reader; I have loved reading books since I was a young girl, and I would like to share some of my most beautiful discoveries in this extraordinary universe of words and thoughts. When we connect to these elements and the primordial principle that generates everything, we are finally free from social constructions. We can bring out our voice; we can manifest our true nature.
And we can connect with other women to experience the power of sisterhood.
Feminine energy is connected to the moon. The same physical cyclicity of women resonates and is influenced by lunar activity.
You must have also noticed that your energy varies throughout the month. There are moments when you feel more active and productive, others when you feel more introverted and introspective, and others when you feel more creative and inspired.
This could be due to the lunar or ovarian phase you are in. Knowing at which point of the cycle (lunar or menstrual) you are allows you to make the most of the flowing energy, recognize it, and give it the fullest expression.
We could connect each phase of the moon to the menstrual cycle, the time of day, and the seasons.
